of marine equipment erosion, stated that In order to extend the life and safety of
Chabahar port infrastructure, the south shore protection wall construction project
at Shahid Beheshti Port has been put on the agenda.
He pointed to the acquisition of 8 hectares of land to
increase the logistics of the Chabahar Port within the framework of the Shahid Beheshti Port Coastal Protection
Dike Project and stated that Creating a
suitable infrastructure to facilitate the rail track, preventing the
destruction of coastal sites and reducing the corrosion of steel equipment and
structures are among the goals of this project.
The Director General of Sistan and Baluchistan Ports and
Maritime declared the length of the coastal protection wall under construction
at the Shahid Beheshti Port to be more than 2,000 meters and added: The
construction of this project will directly and indirectly employ 450 people.
