The first private sector office of Afghan traders opened in Shhaid Beheshti port of Chabahar, said the Director General of Ports and Maritime of Sistan and Baluchestan
PMO News Portal- during the ceremony for opening the first private sector office of Afghan traders in Shhaid Beheshti port of Chabahar, Behrouz Aghaei stated that Chabahar port is open to all businessmen and traders from different countries, especially India and Afghanistan, and other countries could benefit from the facilities and considered incentives of this oceanic port by joining the chabahar agreement.
He continued: We are trying our best to discharge the cargos and goods from the port in shortest time possible to minimize the worries of merchants and traders. Thus, providing proper service and facilitating the conditions for the owners of the goods are on the agenda of all units of the Chabahar port. The more investors and merchants are attracted to chabahar, the more incentives and services will be offered the merchants.
Aghaei expressed that the presence of a large number of Afghans residing in Iran and the high cultural interactions between the two nations of Iran and Afghanistan, and the extensive marketing of the General Economic Office here in Iran, have led Afghan businessmen to attend this port.
